The unmasked Mardi Gras shown above is Jana Duhon of Basile, a former LSUE student who is now enrolled in the physical therapy degree program at the LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans.

These are scenes at the Trapper's Bar and Grill when the Tee-Mamou Women's Mardi Gras Courir stopped there about 11 a.m. As always, the Mardi Gras, shown together at the bottom of  the page, gather to sing their song, advancing forward during the last verse.

After dancing for a while and chasing a chicken, the Mardi Gras began making mischief with just about anything that wasn't tied down. The co-capitaines tried to maintain order with their whips, but, when they got one situation under control, problems would immediately erupt somewhere else.
