These are scenes at the Trapper's
Bar and Grill when the Tee-Mamou Women's Mardi Gras Courir stopped there about 11 a.m. As
always, the Mardi Gras, shown together at the bottom of the page, gather to sing
their song, advancing forward during the last verse. After dancing for a while and chasing a chicken, the Mardi Gras began making
mischief with just about anything that wasn't tied down. The co-capitaines tried to
maintain order with their whips, but, when they got one situation under control, problems
would immediately erupt somewhere else.
